I received the package from Masc today. When I opened it I was blown away to say the least! The amount of samples was way above what I expected! Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I used the Kyoku Earth body wash today and it smelt great. I am looking forward to seeing how the pore reducing serum works. As for the Dark Rum Candle, lets just say great recommendation, I am more than pleased, my room smells amazing. The personal written note from you was a great touch. I would like to just say that you guys really are the epitome of excellent customer service. It has been a great pleasure dealing with you two. Of all my shopping, online and retail, experience you guys are probably the greatest. You are always so fast to respond to my emails, willing to send out samples without a current order, marking down to send ear plugs on the next order placed and remembering to do so. It really has been a pleasure. Keep up the great job and hopefully you can be an example to other businesses. I would say that the only business that has had equally excellent customer service is the Empress Hotel in Victoria when I went there for tea. Keep it up.

I am so impressed with your customer service. I ordered your supersmile kit last week and received it today. I appreciated that I got an email from Jamie to verify my order but the icing on the cake was how fast I got my products and the lovely freebies you were kind enough to send with my order. Jamie even signed the reciept in handwriting! The personalized touch is amazing in this day and age where everything is so cold and technical. I will gladly recommend your store to any and all that will listen. I hope the tooth whitening system works. I have just finished chemo and radiation treatments and also quit smoking so even a slight change would be greatly appreciated. I'll let you know my honest opinion. Kudos to you all.

I recently went into Masc desperately searching for a gift for my brother (the guy who has everything). Owner Jamie came to my rescue, showing me several different options. He was very accommodating, took a lot of time with me and I had a really enjoyable shopping experience. Deciding on what to buy was really tough as they have so many great products, but in the end I left with a fabulous gift set and I couldn't be happier! No one knows more about men's skincare than owners Jamie and Patrick. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Masc as the perfect place to find the perfect gift for the men in your life!

I love Masc and the products they carry. Its hard to find quality men's products and brands in Vancouver and at reasonable prices. I am a huge fan of the Jack Black and Malin and Goetz lines. My suggestion, try the Jack Black Face Buff Energizing Scrub!

"Why I love Masc..."
There are a number of reasons why I love Masc. The owners, Jamie and Patrick, are knowledgeable and friendly, they carry a wide range of product lines and they've got a great location that is easy to get to - but the website for those times when you're just not able to get there. I definitely prefer shopping at Masc rather than a large department store because it's geared specifically for men - it's a totally different (and better) experience! My favorite lines they carry are Malin + Goetz, Jack Black and MenScience.

My first and favorite purchase from Masc is the MenScience Under Eye Treatment. Suffering frequent all-nighters I needed something to deal with my dark circles and Jamie and Patrick came right to my rescue with their top 3 remedy options. I'm happy to report that the circles are gone and I will continue to seek those boys knowledge for all questions product-related I might have!
