Deionized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Bicarbonate, Tetra Potassium Pyrophosphate, Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Poloxamer 407, Cetyl Pyridinium Chloride, Sodium Sacchrinate, Tween 20, Glycerine, Sorbitol, Flavor, Malic Acid 

1. Snap open the capsule at the blue line. 
2. Place the swab inside the capsule and gently push out the activating gel. 
3. Rub the gel across your teeth in a circular motion for 30 seconds 
4. DO NOT rinse. 
5. On a DRY toothbrush, brush with the Supersmile Professional Whitening System. Use a pearl size drop of Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator. 
6. Brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes. 
7. Rinse with water. 

Use once per week, or whenever you need an extra whitening boost.
