Apply one coat of Nail Paint to the nail bed. Apply two coats of desired color. Allow five minutes to completely dry. For a matte look, apply Pure Matte Varnish as a top coat. For a buffed shine, apply Pure Bling Varnish on top. For best results, make sure nails are clean and dry before applying varnish.

The Nail Paints and Nail Varnishes can be removed using standard nail polish remover and a cotton ball.
